It is so cold in Salem compared to LA, and adjusting to the temperature change again has prompted me to wear a million layers of clothing every time I go out. I guess eventually I'll get used to it again. Other than that coming back has been okay - spending too much time at home gets boring after awhile, I guess. And winning that Quodpot game really sweetened the new year, I won't lie.
Anyway, break was really good. Dad was home for most of the time around Christmas, because most of the cast and crew of his new movie (which is being shot in Australia) is Christian, so they got time off and he was able to Floo back to LA. The weirdest thing about his time away for shooting is always seeing him in magazines more often than I see him in person. It's always kind of surreal.
Oh, right, but the rest of break - well, Lela, you throw a fantastic party and I had a great time. Ophelia came to LA to hang out last weekend before we got back to school, and it was awesome. I like to think I was a pretty good tour guide, too. Do you feel like you got the essence of LA, Ophie? Maybe next time we should head down to Disneyland or something.
