1) Does Timcanpy (from DGM) count as a belonging? I believe both mods are familiar, so I'll skip the explanation, except that Allen will be sad and lonely without his golem buddy -- but I'll understand if he can't come.

2) Since Allen's weapon is his arm... Is he still capable of invoking it, or partially invoking it into a weaker state (like the claw alone)? Invoking it only subconsciously, like in panic when someone's life is genuinely in danger? Permanently claw-stage invoked? Or is he weaponless, and the Innocence in his arm is dormant? I'd like to work in a way where he can still use his familiar weapon while accommodating the game's need to negate universe-specific hax.

3) Where do people wake up? Sorry if I missed this information somewhere, I did go looking.

( 1 ) - Yup! Allen can have Timcanpy tag along, although note that his abilities (flying aside) will be stunted.

( 2 ) - Allen's arm would be how it normally is when his innocence is unactivated, and he'll be unable to activate it at all-- so he'd be weaponless. There's that or he'd have his sword and only one arm, considering the fact that his sword IS his arm.

( 3 ) - People wake up at random locations throughout the city-- it's up to the players to decide whereabouts their character wakes up!

	Just one question, the character I want to apply for has a sentient weapon inside of them that manifests itself through their blood. Obviously, the full capabilites of the weapon wouldn't be possible, but could I still have the actual weapon be retained? The weapon itself isn't anything special as long as it's not talking. It's Chrona from Soul Eater, if that helps any.

Trying to be more specific, though, if Chrona's cut, the being (Ragnarok) can come out and change it's form into a sword. Ragnarok can also harden Chrona's blood to resist slicing-type attacks (and it's this hardening that also keeps the sword together.) Obviously this type of defense is out, but I just want to know if Chrona can keep the sword.

	Chrona can keep the sword, however she'd have to lug it around manually-- it can't be put back into her blood, or taken out for that matter. Hopefully this helps! (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	A question a question~ If I app a character from Digimon (a human character, of course), could I have their digimon tag along too, somehow? Depowered and stuck in rookie form or whatever would make the most sense, I guess, just want to check with you guys before I apply :) (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Because the digimon are characters in their own right, we don't think they'd really count as possessions/ect like Timcanpy from DGM might. Sorry! However, if you have a friend willing to do so, they could apply as the digimon and the two could arrive together. (Reply to this)(Parent)

	I'm curious, what's keeping all the characters in the city? Is there some sort of wall around the place or what? I'm just wondering because my character would, more than likely, try to get out and move on unless he finds something that'd force him to stay (like a battle that he has to fight because of his Gunslinger morals and training). There is nothing keeping them from leaving, really. No physical barriers, at least. However, there is water to one side (the West,) and forest that surrounds the other three sides-- all of which is littered with nasty beasties and monsters. While trying to escape is normal and expected, it's not exactly... possible. The farther away from town, the more vicious and populated the monster numbers.

It is likely that those who venture out of the city unprepared (and some cases even after preparing,) will not survive very long. Therefore it is not encouraged, at least not at the current point in time. Ventures outwards can be organized IC later on, once people start preparing themselves for basic survival.

I'm thinking of applying for Matsumoto Rangiku from Bleach, and her character owns a sword/katana that is sort of like her second self. It becomes a physical object after first manifestation, and sort of has a personality of its own, like her own subconscious. I understand that any special abilities are diminished, so obviously she can't use the sword's powers as she can in the original, but I was wondering if she could keep her sword? And if she could, would she be unable to talk to her sword? Basically, I'm wondering if talking to one's subconscious counts as a power.

You can do those, they're classified as logs though, or "open threads".

You have three choices for posts.

1.) First person voice/ text/ video posts (think blogging, of sorts)
2.) Completed logs written already or to be written by certain planned individuals.
3.) Action thread, where you set a scene and leave it open for others to join in, somewhat similar to #2, though it varies.

Hello~! So I was just wondering. I plan on apping a very rich aristocrat-type character who... well. His house is all made of gold and he has an OCEAN in his basement-- and I wish I was exaggerating.

I was wondering what the conditions were for moving into/claiming/buying/renovating/whatevering some of the houses and/or apartment buildings? I looked around but I couldn't find any real information regarding the housing areas except for scant mentions on the map page, and would like to know what sort of limitations there are further down the road, and just how many of them are available for people to stay in.

Should the character somehow find a way to clear a house out of its current (malicious) inhabitants -- monsters -- housing and apartments will be usable, for sure. On the map there are darkened "houses" and lightened ones, the latter ones are the ones not collapsed, and thus the most viable options!

So in due time, it is expected that expansion to apartments and even housing will occur. Presently, IC the characters have secured dorms at the University for new arrival's use!

Quick question, I'm applying for Rakan Sawa from Silver Diamond. He has the ability to make plants from his world grow just by touching them, and plants from other worlds grow abnormally well around him, though not instantly. Rakan's plant growing isn't really a power; it's just something that happens to any plants around him without his control or knowledge. It's not offensive and probably wouldn't be very noticeable in a world without many plants, so I was wondering if he'd lose it or keep it.

When a character is updated, they must first disappear from Asper and return with no memories intact. (Unless they have not arrived in Asper to begin with, roughly just after the application is submitted-- and even then, mod consent must be given.)

For Hiatuses they shouldn't be "sent home" or disappear, much rather it is encouraged that muns provide a general task for the character that they can be expected to do during the hiatus. Such as "___ will be laying low, maybe helping Character A with _____." So they won't be missing, per se. This is better used for shorter hiatuses.

On some occasions characters might vanish for a while and not lose their memory and have no recollection of what they were doing during that time, but this is usually a last case resort for inactive characters from prolonged hiatuses.

Hi there. I am the prospective mun for

songoten, and I have a bit of an issue. My reservation period does end tomorrow, I believe, but this is the first time I've been able to get online for about a week. I live in southern New Hampshire, which suffered a massive ice storm about eight days ago, knocking out the power for us and a lot of central Massachusetts. (I'm told we're on the news, actually?) I am only able to get online at the moment because I am currently at the mall, one of the few places with internet (and the Apple store, incidentally).

Is there any way I can get an extension on my reservation period? If not, I will gladly re-reserve, if I'm allowed. :(
