Description of Powers:Tool LEADER OF THE MIDBOSSES so I'm going to assume he's just as skilled as them. Hand-to-hand, gun, taser-stick, etc. He never actually fights, though. He has bitches for that.
Strength/Extent of Powers: See above! Also, he has bitches to do that for him.
Innate: Being a tool is entirely innate—okay seriously, he's strong and can defend himself against . . . most . . . stuff. Really. Really.

Preferred Weapon: Night-stick, since guns are out of the question I assume!
Uniform Customization: A nice black tie would be nice.
