[When he arrived at the hospital, Ares was in a rather bad shape. When he regained consciousness, the doctors had told him how his brother had a flashback and accidentally ended up beating him up. It didn't seem like they cared much, although a nurse expressed concern over his situation-- he had been hit with a belt, she said, and it didn't really look like the way a soldier would have hit a enemy. Ares just told her off and confirmed the flashback story-- after all, what happened was no one's business.
Right now, he's still at the hospital. He needed to stay there for a few days, they said, because they had to make sure there was no complication. It's been three days already, and no one even came to visit him. He wasn't really surprised about it-- he hadn't called anyone, and there was no one who would have bothered to do it for him, anyway. Cain and his father most certainly didn't care, either. At best, either of them was going to show up to ask him to keep his mouth shut, and that nobody would have believed him anyway if he said Cain sent him to the hospital on purpose.
The weird thing was that Cain apparently sent him... quite a lot of messages. All of them made no sense, though. Ares had considered the idea that maybe he regained his memories, but it still didn't make much sense that he would conveniently forget what happened so far. Was he trying to play with him to get him to shut up? He had no idea. The day before he had actually called him, though, only to hang off as soon as he heard his voice. He didn't know what to say.
It's such a mess. Everything feels way too tiring. Thinking that, he sighs, and looks out of the window]
