Leah is beautiful. From her big brown eyes and her dark, naturally wavy hair to curvaceous figure, she has never had a lack of attention - from men and women alike. Her smile just adds to the whole package, lighting up her whole face and making her seem even prettier.
As a model, she's often seen in the latest fashions, but she does like to dress down a bit and relax in sweats when she's on her own. Especially now that there is a slight swell in her belly. Even in a pair of sweats, though, it's hard not to notice her. |

At first glance, you might suspect that Leah is nothing more than a well put together doll, but that could not be further from the truth. Sure, she's beautiful and she cares very much about her appearance, but there's so much more to her and you'll realize that the moment you engage her in a conversation. Leah is bright and vivacious. She's well-read and she's quite articulate. In short, she is much, much more than just a pretty face.
She's passionate about many things. She's a model, but she liked dabbling in amateur photography, herself. One of her cute little quirks is that she loves the smell of darkroom chemicals and even if she's not trying to make a career out of being on that side of the camera, she loves to develop her own prints when she does manage to find time for her hobby.
Other things she's passionate about include music of all kinds, both as a listener and an hobby (she's dabbles a little with the violin, though she's not very good), classic literature (specifically, she's a fan of Shakespeare and Chaucer) and Alfred Hitchcock films (or mysteries in general - she loves a good whodunit). Her tastes are eclectic, to be sure, many of them picked up during her university days through meeting many different types of people.
Leah is a loyal friend and there is very little more important to her than her family and other loved ones. No matter how busy her life gets - and it does, because she loves to try new things and always seems to be rushing to this thing or that - she can always make time for the people she cares about. She makes time for fun, too, of course. Leah has always had an active social life, though she's only ever truly been serious about one man. |

Leah didn't exactly grow up in a typical household, but she never really felt neglected or like she was really missing out on anything. Her mum and her aunt Padma were always just there for her and it never seemed to matter that she'd grown up without a father. She had Mum to encourage her wild and carefree spirit and Padma to encourage her love of doing and trying and learning new things.
Hogwarts saw her being sorted into Gryffindor, which was little surprise. She had a few Claw traits in her, but her love of adventure was too strong for anyone to really see her anywhere else. She loved her time at Hogwarts, quickly making friends with those inside and outside of her house. She discovered a love for Ancient Runes during her third year when the time came to choose electives.
With puberty came the discovery of boys as something other than icky and Leah certainly didn't have a shortage of admirers. She dated a few, very casually, but then during her seventh year Caden Summers asked her to the Yule Ball and her life hasn't been the same since. Things quickly grew serious between them and graduation saw them continuing to date, even as she began University and he began Beating for the Ballycastle Bats. She stayed in a flat of her own near Oxford while she completed her studies, but it was shortly after finishing her degree that she ended up moving in with Caden.
It wasn't very long after she moved in that Caden proposed. Leah happily accepted. Life truly couldn't get any better for the young couple and Leah couldn't be any happier. She'd started doing some modeling on the side, something to help pay the bills and also to keep her occupied while she looked for a way to put her Anthropology degree to work all the while beginning to plan a wedding.
The wedding was postponed, however, when Caden was the victim of a vicious attack. They decided to put things off while the scars healed, at the time thinking it to be just a random attack from a wild animal. Soon, though, they would learn that he'd actually been bitten by a werewolf. Leah was terrified, but she tried to stick things out. She loved him and she didn't want this to change anything. When she found herself unexpectedly pregnant a few months ago, though, it was just too much. She wasn't sure if she could raise her child with a werewolf as a father and she completely freaked out and fled, running off in the middle of the night with only a note that said "I'm sorry. I can't do this anymore."
She's found her way to St. Kilda now, completely unaware that Caden is living in the very same town, intent on making a life for her and their unborn child. Her modeling is on hiatus for the moment, though she does have plenty of savings, and she's focusing her energies on preparing for her child's imminent arrival. |
