It's been one of those last few days where I find myself more frustrated with my drawings than usual... Kicked myself today and decided to start drawing. I also shamelessly drew a character from East of Eden, regarldess of the fact that said series hasn't even aired yet.

I've been on this for literally two days. You see, I'm really impatient, so drawing lines doesn't take me too long (explanation for my icky, messy lines), but I couldn't decide on the pose at all. I don't even know how many times I changed it. ;A; While changing and changing and changing the pose, I decided on this. This character even has a whole story now. lfskjlfaslk Now that I'm done, I'm gonna go play Tales of Symphonia instead. Oops.

... 'Prussia? That Prussia?' Don't get the wrong idea, Hetalia fanart's not something I plan on doing often unless something dramatic happens (I've lost interest in doing so for various, various reasons). Prussia's just awesome and exempt from everything. ♥

It bothered me that I hadn't draw Adachi in a while (very serious concern, I know). It also bothers me that it takes me forever to draw a blah doodle. On a random note, it also bothers me when I look at my older drawings and don't find anything really, really wrong with them. I usually panic and think I still haven't moved past that level.

This literally made me sigh in frustration more than once. Decided to try and see where my colouring was at. After calling myself every name in the book for having little colouring skills, I've decided that if I'm so dissatisfied, I should just keep trying so I'll get good. SAI's really great for colours though. :A;

The lovely katsu got me into the addictive, heated test of will and patience known as Mr. Driller! I lost my colouring courage, so I'll continue tomorrow and go draw Adachi after American Idol (stop laughing). Been busy. And look, look, I downloaded Paint Tool SAI! I love it! it's so much better than openCanvas.
