Sexuality list, like [info]inarticulate did. I will be mentioning cross and comparisons between games. This isn't everyone ever. If I listed everyone ever, I'd be going all night.

CFUD

Character: Roxas (anoathkept, at indesolution: ofoblivion, at Canon Wars: anextlife)
Fandom: Kingdom Hearts
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: At CFUD, I play him as a technical bisexual. Roxas is in a relationship with Axel, which makes this clause possible, but I really, really, really take issue with him being with another guy. I have my fandom ships (Roxas/Riku being the key one), but generally, I'm not a huge fan of Roxas/guys. It's not a very popular opinion, but I don't think he's all that hormonal. I don't think he jumps to sex a lot, but I think he does have some drive and masturbates and things like that, but not as frequently as some. In ID, I played him a lot more hormonal, but I'm not sure I'm entirely comfortable with that decision to this day. And at CW, he was closer to CFUD, minus the Axel exception.

Character: Kiric (goingapostle)
Fandom: Air Gear
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Bisexual, unquestionably, and experienced enough to know. I tend to view Kiric as the other half of Simca for a reason. He has a stick up his ass, but he's surprisingly comfortably regarding sexuality, as the Gravity Children, in my opinion, would tend to be. Though he doesn't use his sexuality in occasions like Simca might, I don't think that bothers him and he's a lot more romantic in his approach. (I genuinely believe Kiric is amazing in bed because he's very much there FOR YOU at that time.)

Character: Kiryuu Joshua (recreational)
Fandom: TWEWY
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Gay gay gay fruity gay. I am actually squicked by Joshua het. You could make an argument that I'm just going by the fact that he is fruity as fruity does, but he is ... very gay. And you could make an argument that he's actually pansexual or hell, asexual, but given some of his dialogue in game, I HIGHLY DOUBT he hasn't thought about it.

Character: Ichijou Takuma (sparklybite)
Fandom: Vampire Knight
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Bisexual. I played him as very open-minded and I think he's the type to crush on random people, well, randomly. He's a fluffy, doting, excitable type, and while he openly displays interest in females, he also appears to do the same with males. His devotion to Kaname and his cousin are clear signs that he's probably not straight, at least to me. In camp, I just sort of went with it.

Character: Lockon Stratos (at CFUD: dynamesentry, at ID: remainingpride)
Fandom: Gundam 00
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: The controversial one: Does Lockon Stratos' sexuality even matter? Canon says he likes older women, and I play with that as best I can, but I think it's mostly that he likes a woman with a year or two experience on him and generally go with that. In ID, he was pretty straight, having a semi-relationship with Simca, but I was open to more depending on how things went. In CFUD, he's pretty ... rely-on-me-sexual, and coming to care for people through that. He's more comforting than anything, but there's a few people I could see him being attracted to (Elle, Sumeragi, Tieria, and Haruka). I ... would say most people would call it bisexual, but I think he's someone who comes to care for a person and then think about their attributes, and would still always be more focused on protecting and being there for them all the while. And giving them what they want.

Character: Aizawa Kouichi (immortowl)
Fandom: Nabari no Ou
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Straight. Pretty straight forward: he likes Raimei-san in canon, he liked Raimei-san in camp. It was the reason I picked up the character, and hilariously why I dropped. The fandom itself is insistent on the fact that he'd screw Kumohira, though.

Character: Blue (bluefactor)
Fandom: Toward the Terra
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Pansexual with a twist of asexuality. He loves everyone, with Physis being the one he wants to cuddle and hold hands with the most (You whom I love), but he's generally pretty nonsexual. I don't think he ever thought about sex.

Character: Max Guevara (bioengineered)
Fandom: Dark Angel
Gender: Female. C-combo breaker.
Sexuality: Straight, straight as they come, as much as I would LOVE TO FIND A LOOP HOLE, it just doesn't work. Her loophole is named Debra and they are both as straight as they come. And. Yeah. Well, she also has Cindy in canon and the fact that she and Cindy are generally not in that sort of deal says a lot to me. She is very sexual, though, and that's why she conformed to that easily enough in the Sekirei game: girl is hormonal, girl wants ... hormonal stuff.

Character: Jason Todd (its_da_hood)
Fandom: DC Comics
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Straight, but with a twist of "please loveeeeeeeeeeee me" sexual thrown in, which means I think he would let Tim bang him.

Character: Hanamura Yousuke (cancelingblades)
Fandom: Persona 4
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Haha, another controversial one, apparently? I didn't even think it was controversial. I wrote a long essay about this in CFO. NOW THAT I HAVE FOUND IT: the essay is here. Now, in RP Secrets the other day, there was a mass outcry of how Yousuke is, in no way, gay, and how his homophobia isn't a shield for his sexuality. I do think he sort of hyperfocuses on homosexuality a few too many times in the game, given the rest of his tendencies, to ignore, but I think the two are mostly mutually exclusive. I do think he is someone who is homophobic because he's ignorant, confused, and rude to the point of not understanding, and that there is some subconscious part of him that is Not Getting It. But I think if you took out the homophobic element, there is a lot more support for it.

In camp, and ... in general, I view him as a female-leaning bisexual. Yousuke is dependent on others, but also capable of being the one to be depended on. He does want to help people, to protect them, to save them, and this is a strong part of his character. He's more of a hero than Souji is, in that aspect. I am of the opinion that once he realizes he's ... pretty in love with Souji, he'll come to see that there's more to it. I don't think he's really an exception type, given his personality and the possibilities within it. I also like to think I'm playing it well in camp. He doesn't know yet, he hasn't kissed Souji, and while others have picked up on it, Yousuke continues to express interest and help girls in that way.

But according to some people, that's impossible to do. I'm a little anxious about it right now, to be honest, but I hope it passes.

Character: Athrun Zala (idkmybffjustice)
Fandom: Gundam Seed/Destiny
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: I'm pretty firmly in the belief that Athrun, while being a little hilarious about hormones in general, is bisexual, and I play him as such. Um, I don't think it really comes up, though. Yeah, yeah, I know Athrun has girls and all that, but I think his interactions with male characters sort of—yeah.

Character: Anton Briggs (likevalium)
Fandom: Dexter
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Anton doesn't strike me as the type who ever thought about his sexuality much. Straight, by default, and not with any possibilities in-between. He just sort of is. Come mistletoe, though, I imagine he'll be pretty zen regardless of what comes up.

Polychromatic

Character: Johann Trinity (patiencefirst)
Fandom: Gundam 00
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: I play him as straight, but generally disinterested. He likes strong women, and I think he's attracted to Olivier Armstrong from FMA. But I don't think he does a fair amount of time thinking about it.

Character: Mikura Kazuma (at Poly: burnthatpath; at ID: secondflame)
Fandom: Air Gear
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Ah, one that a lot of people never seem to be sure on. Is he gay? Is he straight? Is he bisexual? In canon, I'd say he's this: oblivious, with possibilities for more with either gender. In canon, his regard for females and care for them leads me to believe that he would eventually be able to come to realize he's interested in them, but his strong admiration for males is the same. So, I play him as oblivious but open. In ID, he was in a relationship with Spitfire, and in Poly, he's not really interested in anyone So it goes. I will see.

Character: Angel
Fandom: Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Straight ... ish. I generally think Angel is pretty open and, as we know, he fucked Spike, but I think he's pretty predominantly heterosexual with the possibility of going otherwise on the very, very, very, very, very, very rare occasion. Very rare.

Character: Lyle Dylandy (irresoluteness)
Fandom: Gundam 00
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Also, heterosexual. And since he's post Anew, he's Anew-sexual, but I think he could seek comfort in other women, but it wouldn't ever mean anything. He's waiting to go to the other side to be with her, but knows he has time before that happens, or ... well, he will once I update him.

Notable from Other Games

Character: Luke fon Fabre (at ID: secondorder [I still love this journal name], at Micro: twiceresonated)
Fandom: Tales of the Abyss
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Heterosexual--even Tear-sexual. I think he has the possibility of liking more girls and play him as such, but he's played as straight. I think there could be some legroom depending on how you interpret his relationships with various others (Asch, Guy, etc.), but I personally do not see it. Nothing wrong if you do, but Luke is pretty one-girl-or-maybe-other-girls for me. In Micro, this is probably why I had a problem, since Tear wasn't really ... yeah. xD

Character: Bobby Drake (at Canon Wars: iciest, at ID: withthecold, at Micro: slidingonice)
Fandom: X-Men
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Bisexual, with a strong amount of dependency and immaturity thrown in. It doesn't take much to take my Bobby to become attached to someone, and he's not the stronger or stable part of a relationship. He's someone constantly seeking this kind of affection in canon, largely because he does want to be loved, to be coddled, and so forth. He has an intensely low self-esteem. And while Bobby's writing isn't consistent, this seems to be a consistent stream with him. The low self-esteem, the immaturity and walking the line between maturity and immaturity, and all that goes into it. He's a sexual guy, and he's into sex. While canon hasn't given him many opportunities to, well, be gay, I think it could be done well (as long as his writer isn't named Chuck Austen).

Character: Katara (at ID: bendswater, at Canon Wars: bendthewater)
Fandom: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Gender: Female.
Sexuality: Heterosexual. I actually think her type isn't Aang, as Katara needs someone to challenge and even challenge her (Jet is actually closer to her type, since he's pretty passionate), but I do think she loves Aang a lot and it is romantic. I never really got to play much Katara/Aang, but I do think it's there. (I am embarrassed to admit the pairing I did play in CW, and since I am embarrassed, you can probably guess). I think Katara is a normal teenage girl and has crushes and stuff, but I think she's someone who has to get past coddling/being overbearing/so forth with someone, or it has to be someone to top her. And this is how I played her, obviously.

Character: Karolina Dean (at ID: withinthesky)
Fandom: Runaways
Gender: Female
Sexuality: I actually saw someone play Karolina as a bisexual once and it confused me. I mean, what? Anyway, Karolina is a lesbian, I played her as a lesbian, and me and Greenie were progressively leading up to a relationship between Nico and Karolina, but it never happened. ONE DAY I WILL PLAY HER AND GET MY PAIRING. Yes, I know it's not canon, but a lot of the solidifying factors for Karolina/Xavin were written by Joss. So, I ignore it. I bet that makes me a classy RPer. I miss playing her a lot, but I wouldn't know where to pick her up and I honestly would only do if it I had a Nico.

Character: Kirijo Mitsuru (impressupon)
Fandom: Persona 3
Gender: Female
Sexuality: I played her as bisexual, with a lean toward women. I don't see her as being interested in guys, really, outside of Minato, yet she shows flushing and blushing at the prospect of a female. Yeaaaaaah. In ID, I didn't have a Yukari long enough to really pursue this, though Yukari there was straight. It wouldn't have mattered, because it's how I see Mitsuru. She's very dominating, but becomes vulnerable at the possibility of girls.

Character: Harry Potter (... too many journals to name)
Fandom: lol
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Although I never play Harry anymore, my one regret is that I never got to play him in a slash pairing. I know, I know, it's a weird thing to be, well, to be redundant, weird about, but I genuinely wish I'd been given the opportunity. I do miss playing him sometimes, and I do like all the Ginnys I got to play off and have wonderful ships with, but that doesn't change the fact. And I don't mean I'd have wanted to play him in one with Draco, because. Ew. But yeah. I played him generally straight, but IT WOULD NOT HAVE BOTHERED ME.

Character: Peter Petrelli (tomimic)
Fandom: Heroes
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Heterosexual, with a good side-helping of Nathan love. A very, very good helping of it. Although I don't think this was conscious, he did, at least at his point in canon, deeply care about his brother to the point of unconditional love. He loved Nathan more than anything, and would go along with a psychopath unquestionably for it (lol Adam). However, he was in a relationship with Rachel from the X-Men. Like with Bobby, it doesn't take Peter much to fall head over heels for someone, because of his complexes and how he does things.

Character: Arisato Minato (costoflinks)
Fandom: Persona 3
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: I mostly played him as pansexual because I believe that's what's implied as canon in the game. As a note, I never played off manga canon as I hate it pretty hard, so I took a lot from social links and so forth. While I don't think he's actively sexually interested in people, he's a good boyfriend and probably good in bed, giving someone exactly what they want. He gives people what they want and he seeks to understand people to understand the world, so.

Character: Kuchiki Rukia (strayingstar)
Fandom: BLEACH
Gender: Female.
Sexuality: I played her as bisexual, though I don't think it was the kind of conscious bisexual. Rukia doesn't strike me as someone who thinks about herself in that light for a number of reasons. She's relatively clueless, oblivious, and has a crippling self-esteem. As a result, I think she just ... is drawn to certain people. And sometimes those people are male and sometimes they're female, but given her KICK IN THE FACE tendencies and weird walls she keeps up around herself, I'd say she's got a lot of complications here.

Character: Todd Anderson (blanketedtruth)
Fandom: Dead Poets Society
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: I played him as straight. Although I do love the unreciprocated idea of Neil/Todd, where Neil looks up to Todd and his internal strength and does what he can for him, I do think Todd is pretty straight. I didn't really get to touch on it much while I played him, but he did get set up on a date once, if I remember correctly.

Character: Yagami Light (willreign)
Fandom: Death Note
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Ah, Light. In canon, Light consciously goes out with girls in order to prove his normalcy and he does pursue this on several occasions, but it's also obvious that he doesn't really ... see girls that way. I do think he is capable of having sex with a woman to make her happy, though I remember people being surprised that he'd do this. Light isn't someone who strikes me as being squicked by the idea, though he wouldn't have any emotional connection to it. I do think he has an unhealthy fixation on L and I do ship that pairing hard and there were undertones of it in ID. He did things to catch L's interest and only L was worth playing with. In canon, he says that Near and Mello aren't worth playing with as much as L and now the game was boring. It--you can read it how you will, but yeah.

Character: Kururugi Suzaku (honorarily)
Fandom: Code Geass
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: I generally played him as straight, but as hilarious side-canon (albeit potentially not canonical in any way) shows, Suzaku would probably be open for a little more. I think he's usually drawn to girls and has experience with them, but I think there could be more with others. I would have been open to a ship with our Lelouch in ID, just because he was very well played, but there you go.

Character: Takayanagi Masataka (becomingademon)
Fandom: Tenjou Tenge
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Straight, Aya-sexual, and fairly hopeless otherwise. I don't think he'd ever get very far with her in a million years, but I do adore the potential of the pairing and how he aims to protect her and how he adores her and ahhhh.

Character: Tawara Bunshichi (doubleimpact)
Fandom: Tenjou Tenge
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: ... Hilariously, the first time I played Bunshichi, I fell in love with Bunshcihi/Shin because I believed he cared so much for him and really wanted to be most important to him. And then it turns out that Bunshichi wanted Shin to trust him enough to control him, to kill him, to be there for him, and he never earned that trust. So, I generally play Bunshichi as straight with a side of Shin-sexual.

Breakdown
Total Characters:

Male: 25 (the ones I left off were all male, too)
Female: 5
Other: 0. I generally do not play gender ambiguous characters. o/

Heterosexual: 14
Bisexual: 12
Homosexual: 2
Asexual: 0
Other: 2

I put Light under bisexual for counting and the ones with "I never played them that way but they could" generally under heterosexual, since that's how I put it.
