I am going to be lacking with my posts for a little while. We were remodeling the guest room and discovered black mold so I'm gonna be a wee bit busy tearing our whole house to pieces! I will try to do a round tonight and try to post at least once a day.

I have a lot to do still with my grandfather's resent death and I can't keep up with the required activity.

Hey guys! Time for our monthly activity check. The following characters have not posted in at least the last two weeks and thus need to post by next Thursday or face removal.

Davit Beridze - no replies or new posts since June 4th.

I'm pleased to say most of our characters have been active within the time frame, which makes me happy as hell.

As a reminder here are our rules on activity: "Characters are expected to post at least 1 thread or log every two weeks as well as keep up with replies to other characters and threads. Journal entries are not requirements, but they are encouraged. Activity checks will occur the last Friday of each month and a list will be put up on the OOC community listing characters that need to make a post or risk removal. Characters who have not made a post or participated in a thread by the following Friday will be removed. Characters who make this list two or more times in a row (or continuously meet the bare minimum to resist removal) face removal as well."

For fifth years in general - exams are coming up soon, and there will be a rigorous round of exams geared toward choosing a path for sixth year. The same goes for the seventh years and an even harder set of exams for eighth year acceptance. Not all seventh years will make it, though I expect everyone currently playing a seventh year expects him or her to pass. So some NPC 7th years will not be making it into eighth year. Feel free to speculate about PCs or NPCs alike who may or may not be around next year due to this

Hello all.

I just wanted to let you guys know that I won't be around the next few days. My sister is sick, and I learned yesterday that her condition has gotten worse and they had to move her to the critical care unit. Basically, we got in the car and headed to PA immediately. I would tag, but my internet access here is severely limited.

I will be back either Saturday or Sunday, and will catch up on tags then. If her condition improves, I will be home sooner.

Hi everyone! I'm Ren, and I couldn't be more excited to join this rp!
Seriously. It's mildly creepy.

So! I'll be playing Villa, a somewhat neurotic and highly stressed seventh year on the Grey Path. She has a bit of a reputation for being more than a little crazy. Not the good kind of crazy, or the serial killer sort. Mostly the nervous breakdown/random screaming sort. She's rather shy, so please feel free to force her to make friends!

Villa's family is ridiculously old and powerful, so at the very least her last name should sound familiar. Being the Amsel heiress isn't easy (Oh Paris Hilton, how easy you have it!) She's been bullied into being a Practical Studies major, though she's much more suited to the Light path. Speaking of bullied, she's been forced to play Chaser on the Quidditch team as well---this bodes ill for the Grey Path's chances at the Cup.

Anyways, please take care of my neurotic little german rabbit <3 I hope you like her! Feel free to tell me what you think of her and her bio. I can't wait to start plotting!

Today [June 23rd] is Natasiya Kostenko's birthday for those who wanted to know!!

Hihi! Becky here with another character since my twins are all growed up and graduating. I bring to you Petya Krum! She is fifth year, going into her sixth year and she chose to follow the light path with care of magical creatures.

She ran away from her father and mother, (the infamous Viktor Krum indeed) and joined a Gypsy tribe traveling in southern Bulgaria and northern Romania. I'm totally open for plotting here if anyone wants to jump on that fictive kin. :)

She's not really a people person but she's really good with animals and quidditch. She plans on playing seeker for the Light Path team next year.

Please forgive me, my fine friends, as my computer has gone stupid and I am now limited to only replying via blackberry. And my crackberry makes posts stupid. If you get replies from me with oddly placed periods or non-existing breaks between paragraphs, please forgive. The retarded crackberry is to blame.

The Grey Path party is set for Friday June 17th from 11 PM to 4 AM. This party is open to all current Paths and those who've been invited.

Only 6th, 7th, and 8th years of the Grey Path are invited, as well as the Headmistress. However, those who can attend can invite others. Only those of the Grey path may invite others. That is, if a Grey Path student invites someone, that someone cannot invite anyone else. The following people may attend the Grey Path party:

However, shortly after the party, there will hopefully be an event I've been planning to get our real plot in motion. We hope everyone cal be involved in that.

Hey, guys! I'm sure some of you have noticed my lack of being online much lately. I'm going to go ahead and say I'm taking a brief hiatus - no more than a week of two. Real life/work is kicking my butt lately to the point where I'm far too exhausted on my off time to focus on RP, so I'm going to take a break and try and get my groove back before jumping back into things.

I'm going to try to tag old things and get them finished if/when I can, but I won't be checking the flist regularly or starting anything new until I'm ready to come back.
