I'm sorry for not being around much and for being soooo slow with my threads D: Hell Week is starting, and I'm kind of flailing all over the place.

I'm Saku and I'm new to the community! Though, I've been around for a while, I've just never ever applied before because I'm shy with this sort of stuff.

Today, I'm bringing you Rachel Faulkner the twin sister to Elijah Faulkner. She is a junior in Osborn and is a member of the Drama Club, though you might see her around the School Band watching her brother play.

Rachel is really just a female version of Elijah, but she cares a little more about studying than she does about parties and other social gatherings.

I'm up for any friends and enemies for her, she'll need some anyway. Also, she might need someone to crush on... whom she has done since her freshman year.

[Putting this up early since a multi-thread that takes place after the game [Spring Fling] is going up, and I want people to be able to react to the game in that thread if necessary. Wardwell takes an early lead, and maintains it throughout the game. It was a fierce game, with Bishop determined to close the gap, and Wardwell just as determined to maintain their lead. in the end, Wardwell prevailed, but with a few losses to each team, though nothing so serious Nurse Channing couldn't fix overnight.

Wardwell wins its first game against Bishop in who knows how long [since we opened the game actually], taking them one step closer to the finals.

So.  Not all of you know this, but I'm 9 months pregnant with my first child.  And we were told by the doctor that having a c-section would be safer for everyone involved.  That being said, the c-section is scheduled for Wednesday, March 17th at 8:00 AM.  Tomorrow.  *FLAILS*

Therefore, I would like to say to people that I may or may not be around to tag for a while XD

Seriously, I can't say that I won't want to tag at 4:00 AM when the baby's awake and I have to be up, but I don't want people waiting for things from me.  So I'm going to go AWOL for a bit, starting the 17th.  If you see me online, expect some very tired mutterings.  I will also have my netbook with me in the hospital (free Wi-Fi FTW) and will be updating things as I can.  I can't not have internet access.  It would kill me.  XD

So yes.  Baby.  EeeeeeeeEEEEeeeeEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeee  ^.^

Proctor keeps its winning streak going with tonight's game. Another early lead and another strong victory makes it seems as though Proctor's going to be the team to beat. If possible. The finals are still months away, but if you're the betting sort, maybe it's time to start considering just who's going on to the the final game of the year.

Feel free to have your character's respond accordingly.

Hey folks! It's Otto (formerly just playing Zach) and I come bearing a new kid! Surprise, surprise.

So this is Oscar Jury, better known as Os or R.J. For the long story, you can check out his profile. (And I do mean long. His history got pretty epic. Oops?) For the short story, here we go. He's a Junior in Bishop, rooming with Eddie, I believe. He plays tight end for the Quodpot team and loves soccer, gymnastics, skating, climbing and running. Basically he just likes anything that keeps him active. He's a bit of a comic book geek, loves movies (particularly horror) and has a major passion for first-person shooter video games (especially zombie games, his current favorites being the Left 4 Dead series). He writes a lot and reads a lot (again, mostly horror) and sort of wants to be a screenwriter some day. Also, he takes issue with Catholicism, thanks to his muggle family.

Let's see. What else. OH YEAH, IMPORTANT THINGS. He's missing his right leg from the knee down and has been since the summer between 7th and 8th grade. He spent most of 8th grade in a wheelchair, being grumpy and sullen and disagreeable, but got his crutches by the end of the year and has been on prosthetics since coming into Upper Academy. He's on his third prosthetic at this point, which is finally an athletic prosthetic, good for adaptive sports. And he can take part in sports. Any sports he likes. Tell him otherwise and he'll prove you wrong, by god, just watch him.

Otherwise, he's just friendly, cheerful, somewhat sarcastic but good-natured and aggressively active but not aggressive (he'll never start a fight but he's still working on learning how to not retaliate). Sort of a stereotypical Bishop, really. Also, things might come up later having to do with the wizarding side of his family so be warned. Should the Tiggs name come up in relation to him, many wealthier wizarding families and the rare purist may find themselves looking at him differently.

So yeah. Wow. I talk a lot. JUST ONE MORE THING, PROMISE. If I haven't gotten around to commenting to your character intro (which is plenty of them lately), feel free to also mention here if you'd like to make any note on how you feel a character would interact with Zach. Profile here for easy access to anyone who isn't totally familiar with him or needs a refresher.

And now I'm done. I swear.

Today, March 11th is Jin-Ho Kyeong's birthday, for those who want to know :D

So. HELLO.

My name's April and I'll be bringing you my baby, Cole Brattle. Cole's a sophomore in Proctor, on the Yearbook Committe, and a Running Back (#27 FTW) on the Proctor Quodpot team. He is originally from Louisiana, but his family's currently living in Virginia where Cole's mother is mediwitch and his father is a grumpy unemployed werewolf. Cole is a descendent of Thomas Brattle, a Boston merchant who opposed the methods of the Salem Witch Trials, saying they were completely illogical. He basically wrote a letter that was like, "You guys are a bag of dicks. Your "tests" aren't proving shit. Peace." Thomas' ghost haunts his descendants and lives in the Brattle family attic.

Cole likes to draw. He wants to be a comic book artist. He doodles on everything, including his tests and homework. He also has a hairless cat named PJ. He's chronically lazy and is always that kid that arrives into class ten-fifteen minutes late, looking like he just rolled out of bed. He's smart, but he's kind of lazy and usually only participates in classes that interest him. He's super bouncy and has to always be on the gogogo! Or else he gets bored, and Cole does not like being bored.

He is...afraid of puppets! And he smokes! And he speaks Spanish! That's really all I can think of for now. You can read about him in detail here. As for me, I'm on aim at manicpikachu and my email is zombiecaesar@yahoo.com. :)

EDIT: I forgot to add that Cole needs plot! Best friends, enemies, frenemies, exes-that-he-slept-with-to-prove-that-he's-not-asexual-but-he-totes-is, etc etc. You know. The usual.

So I was looking over people's Bios and stuff, and I realized that Rowan is the only Non-Wardwell "real" friend that Cliff has.  Allow me a moment of WTF HAPPENED THERE OMG XD

So I know that I'm in a few threads with Cam atm, but I want to get a itinerary of sorts worked out. Basically, a list of upcoming threads so I can keep track and what not.

He's already played with Keegan and Jordan, but he'd so be open to more play. ^__^

Kait here (Ally Rae) with my other darling, Sean! <3 I'm bringing him back now that Ally's settled-ish.

Sean is a Wardwell Junior, Linebacker on the Quodpot team, and recently rejoined band. More important is why he left. In November, Sean was offered a record deal out in Chicago and he left to complete it. The album This is Fitz was released on February 10th, and after doing some minor promo stuff, Sean's family decided that it was time for him to go back to school.

He isn't officially back YET, but he's available for email/text/phone or off campus RP. He'll be officially back on the 20th. Yes...the 20th. XD He'll be doing a minor surprise performance at the Spring Fling dance.

He's a really nice guy, and loves music and hanging out with friends! :D Let me know if you want to do some plotting! ^_^

So remember this post? Well, here are the first few ads I mocked up based off what you guys said. Not everyone's has been done yet, obviously, but I'll get to them all. In the mean time, if more of you want your characters interviewed, go for it! So many of you may know, I'm already acquainted with, or have otherwise crossed paths with in a different game. There are also many of you that I have never met before in my life. And so, I suppose its time to reintroduce myself to everyone here - and the offering I bring to the Salem madness.

My name is Joe - you may remember be from my appearances on CNN or Beauty and the Geek Season 5. But today I'm here to talk about a character that I have played here once before that is very near and dear to me, and one that I look forward to bringing back to the table once again. His name is Eddie Gonzales.

If your character has been at Salem for several years now, you would have known Eddie Gonzales. He's only been the loudest, most smart-ass, kindest, fiendish resident. Before he left, he was the captain of the Bishop quodpot team at Quarterback, roommate to Keegan Howe (also known as the party suite), and lover of many a woman...but mostly to Ally Roscoe.

Right when he felt he was hitting his stride, the young man from Chino, Califas found his life hitting the brakes. Hard. Right as young love was blossoming, his woman left for Brazil without saying goodbye. What's more, his cousin was killed back in Chino in one of many gang fights that riddle the area. With everything happening so rapidly, Eddie had no choice but to run. So run he did - back to the varrio. Back to Chino.

For the last three months or so, Eddie has been withdrawn to Chino - moving from sofa to sofa, working day labor like the rest of his felon family, looking for the meaning of life that he lost. And in-between drunken stupors, work, and gang activity, Eddie realized that this wasn't his life. He realized he missed his house, his magic classes, and what had become his home. And so, with the blessing of the Headmaster (with sanctions, of course), he decided to return home. Back to Salem.

His first day back is Sunday, March 7, where he moves into his new room. Let the madness begin.

On a personal note, life's finally calmed down to the point where I can focus on the game once more. I'm working again for a local non-profit theatre company, and things are moving along really well for me. I look forward to getting back in the game and writing with many of you folks again!
